fr333 Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

Clause 1.1

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open a fr333 account, make deposits, place bets, or collect winnings. By registering, you confirm that you are aged 21 or above. fr333 reserves the right to request proof of age (such as a national identity card or passport) at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings derived from play while underage will be forfeited.

Clause 1.2

Jurisdiction

fr333 is intended for players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of fr333 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Players located in territories where online gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to register or play on fr333. fr333 makes no representation that the services are appropriate for use in locations outside Bangladesh.

Clause 1.3

Capacity to Contract

By accepting these Terms, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of another person without proper authority, and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. fr333 is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or false registration information.

Clause 2.1

Duplicate Accounts

A player may not register or operate more than one fr333 account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered with different mobile numbers by the same person — are prohibited. fr333 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate is confirmed, all accounts belonging to that player may be suspended, outstanding balances forfeited, and any bonus credits cancelled. Players who suspect an accidental duplicate account should contact support before placing bets on either account.

Clause 2.2

Account Verification (KYC)

fr333 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal request, or as part of a routine compliance review. Accepted documents include national identity cards (NID), passports, and driver's licences. fr333 may suspend withdrawals and freeze an account balance pending completion of KYC. Players who are unable or unwilling to complete KYC may have their accounts closed and balances returned (net of any bonus credits) at fr333's discretion.

Clause 2.3

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fr333 login credentials (mobile number and password). You agree to notify fr333 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. fr333 will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. fr333 support will never ask for your password; any contact claiming to be fr333 and requesting your password is fraudulent.

Clause 3.1

Deposit Methods and Limits

fr333 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit per transaction is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set by fr333 and may be adjusted at its discretion. Players are responsible for ensuring their payment accounts are in their own name and that deposits come from funds legally owned by the player.

Clause 3.2

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Rocket and Upay withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are processed within the same business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method registered in the same name as the fr333 account. fr333 reserves the right to request additional KYC documents before approving any withdrawal.

Clause 3.3

Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to deposit using a fraudulent payment method, a payment account belonging to another person, or funds derived from illegal activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the entire account balance. fr333 cooperates with relevant financial institutions and authorities to investigate suspected fraud. Players whose accounts are suspended pending a fraud investigation will not be permitted to access their balance until the investigation is concluded.

Clause 4.1

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a fr333 account are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements) before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met using the bonus funds within 7 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the bonus being forfeited.

Clause 4.2

Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The welcome bonus is available to new fr333 accounts only. One welcome bonus per player, per mobile number, per household, and per IP address. The welcome bonus must be activated at the cashier before the qualifying first deposit is confirmed. Welcome bonuses cannot be activated retrospectively after a deposit has been processed. Players who have previously held a fr333 account, including accounts that have been closed or suspended, are not eligible for the new player welcome bonus.

Clause 4.3

Bonus Abuse

fr333 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets that hedge or arbitrage bonus conditions, using automated software to place bets, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are at the sole discretion of fr333 management.

Clause 5.1

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fr333: (a) use of automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with games; (b) exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage; (c) collusion with other players; (d) match-fixing or insider information in sports betting; (e) any form of money laundering or structuring transactions to circumvent anti-money-laundering controls; (f) creating a hostile or abusive environment for other players or fr333 staff. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Clause 5.2

Disputed Game Outcomes

In the event of a technical malfunction or communication failure that affects a game outcome, fr333 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all bets placed during that round. Where the malfunction does not affect the outcome of a completed game round, the result stands. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to fr333 support within 30 days of the date on which the disputed round was played. Disputes submitted outside this window will not be considered.

Clause 5.3

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets on fr333 are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the betting section of the platform. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. fr333 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void individual bets, or cancel entire matches from the betting programme at any time if it determines that the integrity of a market has been compromised. Bets placed after the official start of an event (for pre-match markets) will be voided.

Clause 6.1

Self-Exclusion and Deposit Limits

Any player may request a deposit limit, session time limit, or self-exclusion period at any time by contacting fr333 support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, fr333 will not send marketing communications to the excluded player and will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from accessing the platform. Self-exclusion periods may be set for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

Clause 6.2

Minors

fr333 takes the protection of minors seriously. If we have reason to believe that an account holder is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account pending age verification. All winnings accumulated by an underage player will be withheld. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. If you are aware of a minor accessing fr333, please contact support immediately.

Clause 7.1

Grounds for Suspension

fr333 may suspend or terminate an account for any of the following reasons without limitation: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) providing false registration information; (c) operating multiple accounts; (d) suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (e) failure to complete required KYC verification; (f) chargebacks initiated against fr333 transactions; (g) abuse of bonuses or promotional offers; (h) abusive or threatening behaviour directed at fr333 staff or other players.

Clause 7.2

Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no outstanding investigation, the remaining real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within 5 business days. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, fr333 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance, including real-money deposits, if the violation involved fraudulent activity or abuse of promotional offers.
